Traditional dishes, expertly made with passion
Our story
From the middle of Provo we cook the food we grew up on: lomo saltado hitting a screaming-hot wok, ceviche cured in lime, ají de gallina that tastes like Sunday at home. No shortcuts, no watered-down versions — Peru, the way it actually is.
Behind the kitchen is Chef Luis, who opened these doors in 2000 with a simple idea: cook for Utah exactly what gets cooked in Lima. The ají amarillo is ground here. The chicha morada is boiled here. And the chicken keeps turning on the rotisserie until the skin comes out the way it should.
